Two Note Melody Dictations (G, B and D)

Two Note Melody Dictations - G, B and D

Now we are going to expand our mental sound map of the mandolin by doing two melody dictations using G, B and D.

• Play the G with your ring finger at the fifth fret of the D string

• Play the B with your index finger at the second fret of the A string

• Play the D with your ring finger at the fifth fret of the A string

Don’t forget to use scaffolding if you need it and be sure to do your Musical Gym with each new combination of notes.
