The D Major And D7 Chords
Now it’s time to fine tune your ear even more. We are going to work on distinguishing between a major chord and a 7th chord. Really focus on the sound of each chord. How do you experience them? Do the chords make you feel differently? Maybe you perceive them as different textures of sound? The key is to get to know them as distict individuals – and the way to do that is to spend time with them and stay focused on their sounds.
